Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dxcode, we deal exclusively in digital products, including mobile app source codes, website codes, templates, UI kits, and software scripts.
Because all our products are delivered instantly in digital format, Dxcode follows a strict and unified Refund & Cancellation Policy.

This means all purchases made on Dxcode are final, and no refunds or cancellations are allowed under any circumstances after the digital product has been delivered.

Once a purchase is completed and the digital product files have been delivered or download access has been granted, the order cannot be cancelled, reversed, refunded, or changed.

If you bought the wrong product or selected the wrong version by mistake, the order cannot be refunded or cancelled. Customers must carefully review product descriptions, demos, and system requirements before purchasing.

✔ Replacement Policy (Only in Rare Genuine Cases)

Although refunds and cancellations are not allowed, we do offer file replacement in rare situations.

A replacement will only be provided if:

If the file is damaged and cannot be opened, we will verify the issue and provide a working version.

If there was a delivery error from our side (very rare), we will resend the correct file.

If Dxcode mistakenly sends the wrong file, we will replace it with the correct one.

• Replacement requests must be made within 3–5 days of purchase
• If the buyer modifies the source code and breaks something, replacement is not provided
